You will partner closely with the Brazil sales leadership team to build a marketing plan that supports the region's revenue goals, and own both the strategy and hands-on execution across the full marketing mix - digital campaigns, social, webcasts, events, and PR - along with the analysis that proves what's working.

We're a small, tightly-knit team and we're looking for someone energetic and entrepreneurial who thrives working autonomously but genuinely enjoys collaborating - building relationships across countries, continents, and cultures with a strong team spirit.

Responsibilities include:

Define and execute an integrated marketing plan in partnership with partners and distributors across Brazil, driving partner recruitment, enablement and demand generation marketing initiatives.

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of partner-led and SonicWall-led field events including industry events and webinars

Work side by side with the Brazil sales team to understand pipeline needs and business priorities, translating them into targeted marketing actions that directly support revenue growth.

Collaborate with subject matters experts to localize content and messaging that resonates with the Brazilian market.

Track, analyze and report on activity performance, marketing ROI and contribution to sales pipeline. Manage budget execution aligned to regional strategy.

Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives in the local market.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience of B2B marketing experience, ideally including channel/partner marketing and exposure to the IT security or broader enterprise tech industry

Proven track record in the event planning and execution (in person and virtual)

Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Hubspot or similar), Salesforce and design applications

Excellent analytics mindset, comfortable turning data into actionable insights

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

Exceptional written Portuguese-native level grammar, spelling and style; able to review, correct and elevate the translated content to a publication-ready standard

Strong understanding of linguistic nuance and cultural adaptation, ensuring global materials feel natural and compelling to a Brazilian audience.

Proven experience managing external agencies

 Languages:

Portuguese: Native

English: Fluent

Spanish: Beneficial for regional communication across LATAM
