Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs using CRM and BI tools, reporting on pipeline contribution, partner influence, ROI, engagement, and opportunities for optimisation.

Experience supporting field marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or regional marketing programs in India.

Strong project management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Partner Sales, Marketing, Digital, Operations, and global teams.

Comfortable taking ownership and executing hands-on in a fast-paced, remote-first, high-growth environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of the India B2B technology landscape and how enterprise technology organisations go to market locally.

Willingness to travel approximately 20% across India and the broader region for events, partner activities, and team collaboration.
