Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting field team members, monitoring schedules and reporting, resolving operational issues, and escalating critical matters when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations throughout the project.
- Manage communication and coordination with distributed field teams.
- Organize team schedules, assignments, and operational activities.
- Monitor project progress, attendance, task completion, and operational KPIs.
- Collect, review, and maintain operational reports and project data.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Handle escalations and communicate critical issues to project management.
- Support field team members with operational questions and day-to-day challenges.
- Ensure that project processes and operational requirements are followed consistently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Identify potential operational risks and proactively suggest solutions.
- Adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and operational circumstances.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
- Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred.
- Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing operational environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
