The Finance Graduate Program is an exclusive development program where the main aim is combination of formal on the job learning in one of our finance teams and trainings in both soft and hard skills.

In addition, you will be part of an international class full of young and enthusiastic people, working together on assigned specific project, where you can apply everything, you learn and be recognized for your work and contribution.

If you are graduating from Finance/Business related University studies in 2027 (or you already graduated in 2026) this is a great opportunity for you to secure fulltime role directly after your studies.

You will:

Full-time job experience in one of our finance departments (Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Accounting, Credit, Global Business Operations, Sales Compensation Planning)Various trainings on Project management, Presentation Skills, Excel, Power BI trainings & Finance Case Studies... and many moreParticipating on different projects and CSR activities (volunteering, workshops, external branding)Building relationships with Business Partners & Finance Leaders through networking activities
