Who we are

About Stripe and Bridge

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

Bridge, acquired by Stripe in 2025 and operating as a Stripe subsidiary, is a stablecoin-powered payments platform built to simplify global money movement.

About the team

The Financial Crime, Compliance and Risk Oversight (FinCRO) Investigations Management team provides second-line-of-defence (2LoD) financial crime risk oversight and coordinates casework across Stripe’s EMEA region. The team manages user risk and synthesises investigative information into decision-ready analysis and intelligence for MLROs, RCOs, and other key stakeholders. It also identifies control weaknesses, coordinates complex investigations, and supports local examinations and inquiries from financial partners, law enforcement, and other external stakeholders.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a financial crime professional with Luxembourg- and EU-specific experience to join the EMEA Investigations Management team. Based in Luxembourg, you will focus primarily on Bridge Building S.A. while also supporting Stripe’s broader investigations work.

As an Investigator on the EMEA Investigations Management team, you will:

Review high-risk investigative casework and provide 2LoD oversight across a wide variety of financial crime risk types

Prepare and submit Luxembourg Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to the Cellule de renseignement financier (CRF) for Bridge Building S.A., working closely with the MLRO and in line with established governance

Oversee local customer risk decisions for Bridge Building S.A., including matters escalated through country- or entity-specific risk management forums, in close partnership with the MLRO and Investigations Leads

Review high-risk sanctions investigations, such as potential matches against relevant regional lists, and handle related submissions

Use and evolve AI and agentic tools to enhance casework research and analysis, surface actionable intelligence, and improve investigative workflows while applying expert judgement and maintaining human oversight of risk decisions and regulatory filings

Assess casework to produce clear investigative analyses, intelligence briefs, and other decision-ready outputs that identify threats, support reporting workstreams, and inform MLROs, RCOs, and other stakeholders

Identify potential control gaps through casework analysis and recommend solutions to mitigate financial crime risks across the programme and in individual cases

Serve as a point of contact for investigation-related inquiries from law enforcement and FIUs, financial partners, auditors, and other external stakeholders

Demonstrate sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex, high-risk cases where the correct decision may not be immediately clear
