JOB SUMMARY

The Form Builder will support clients by creating and revising custom forms using an internal no-code form-building tool. The tool uses pre-coded configurations and does not require HTML, CSS, scripting, SQL, APIs, or other coding skills. The main responsibility is to understand the purpose and intent behind each client's form, configure it thoughtfully within the platform, ensure proper mapping to existing platform fields, and validate the final result through testing and QA. The role will also communicate directly with clients through Zendesk and provide support and training to end users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and revise custom forms using the internal no-code form-building tool.
  • Understand the purpose and business requirements of each form and translate them into effective configurations.
  • Communicate with clients through Zendesk to clarify requirements and provide support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and platform capabilities.
  • Understand how forms map to existing fields within the platform.
  • Participate in application testing and quality assurance.
  • Provide training and support to end users building their own templates.
  • Manage multiple concurrent requests and shifting priorities.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
