ABOUT THE ROLE

The Founder’s Office will operate as a force multiplier across Valerie Health, partnering closely with the founders and leadership team on the company’s most important strategic and operational initiatives.

This role reports directly to the CEO and is designed for high-agency operators who want broad scope, high ownership, and direct exposure to company-building at a rapidly scaling AI-native startup.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with Founders and Leadership. Work directly with the founders and leadership team on company strategy, operational scaling, product direction, hiring, and execution against Valerie’s highest-priority initiatives.
  • Lead Critical Projects. Run point on key strategic initiatives, getting them from 0 → 1. This will include standing up critical internal efforts, including our partnership efforts.
  • Support Go-to-Market. Work closely with leadership on customer and GTM initiatives, including strategic customer conversations, operational execution, expansion opportunities, and partnership discussions..
  • Scale the Company Operating System: Support the company’s planning and execution cadence, including leadership reviews, strategic planning, all hands, board preparation, internal communications, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Operate Across the Company. Partner closely with leaders and teams across the organization, helping drive alignment, context sharing, and culture.
