FREELANCE CAMPAIGN MANAGER | BEAUTY

Fully remote | Up to 3 months, with potential to extend | Immediate start

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm

We're looking for an experienced Freelance Campaign Manager to support one of our Beauty clients.

This is an immediate opportunity for someone who knows influencer marketing inside out, can hit the ground running and is confident owning campaigns from start to finish.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll work predominantly with one Beauty client, managing creator campaigns from brief through to delivery.

Our clients move quickly, and so do we. Briefs evolve, priorities shift and campaigns often need creative problem-solving along the way.

We're looking for someone who enjoys that pace, takes ownership and knows how to deliver great work without needing constant direction.

YOUR ROLE

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns, from planning through to reporting.
  • Lead creator discovery, casting, outreach, negotiation and contracting.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and performance.
  • Keep clients informed of progress, results and any changes.
  • Work closely with your Campaign Lead, with strategic client conversations supported by a Director.
  • Collaborate with our Client Solutions, Strategy and wider campaign teams.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE

  • Deliver against agreed CPV, CPM, reach and engagement targets.
  • Track performance and adjust budgets or creator selections to stay on target.
  • Negotiate competitive creator rates while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identify changes to scope, including additional content or usage rights, and agree costs upfront.

CREATOR CASTING AND CONTENT QUALITY

  • Build culturally relevant casting lists that go beyond the obvious creators.
  • Translate client briefs into targeted creator searches.
  • Develop clear creator briefs that minimise revisions.
  • Review content to ensure it meets both client expectations and quality standards.

PLATFORMS, AI AND DATA

  • Confidently manage campaigns using influencer marketing platforms, from discovery and outreach through to reporting.
  • Deliver high-volume creator outreach while keeping communication personal.
  • Use AI to improve research, outreach and briefing, while applying your own judgement.
  • Understand TikTok, Instagram and YouTube analytics and use data to improve results.

COMMUNICATION AND OWNERSHIP

  • Manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Keep clients and internal teams informed without needing to be chased.
  • Flag risks early and come prepared with solutions.
  • Communicate performance clearly and honestly, including when results are behind target.
  • Stay calm and commercially minded when challenges arise.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, talent management or campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end to end.
  • Experience working with Beauty or Fragrance brands, ideally with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of UK beauty trends, creator culture and audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms for discovery, outreach and reporting.
  • Confident creator negotiation and contracting skills, including usage rights.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing campaign budgets and performance.
  • Experience working in an agency, fast-growing business or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and get up to speed quickly.

Essential: You must be available Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, regardless of where you're based.

THE CONTRACT

  • Duration: Up to 3 months, with potential for extension.
  • Location: Fully remote.
  • Rate: Day rate, dependent on experience.
  • Start date: Immediate.
