About Ketryx

Ketryx is an AI software platform that enables healthcare and life sciences companies to ship life-saving regulated products in weeks instead of years.

Exploding product complexity is burying companies in compliance paperwork and blocking innovation. Our AI software removes this friction, dissolving the historical tradeoff between innovation and compliance, and enables regulated industries to innovate at the pace of modern software.

Ketryx already touches the lives of millions of patients and powers several of the world's top MedTech companies. Backed by Lightspeed Ventures, our founders are the former Head of AI at Amgen and CTO of Wolfram Cloud.

Healthcare and life sciences is just the beginning for us. Automotive, aerospace, energy — if it's regulated, it's because society decided it matters. These products move humanity, shape our future, and are safety-critical. Come join us and help build the AI platform to power safe innovation.

About the Job

Ketryx is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Global Account Manager to own and grow our most important enterprise relationships — the MedTech and life sciences leaders who already trust Ketryx to ship safer software faster. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our largest global accounts, responsible for retention, expansion, and turning early wins into long-term, multi-year partnerships.

This isn't a support role — it's commercial ownership. You'll build multi-threaded relationships across regulatory, quality, and engineering stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities as customers roll Ketryx out to new teams and product lines, and partner closely with Delivery & Success, Support, and Product to make sure every account is realizing real value. You'll be the voice of the customer internally and the voice of Ketryx externally — across time zones, business units, and geographies.

This is the role for you if you're looking for:

A mission with impact — where deepening a customer relationship directly means more patients reached by safer products, faster

Ownership of a portfolio of the world's most sophisticated MedTech and life sciences organizations

A seat at the table shaping how a growth-stage startup builds its account management function from the ground up

A product customers already trust — you're growing proven relationships, not creating demand from scratch

Mentorship and growth from experienced GTM leaders who invest in your long-term development

What You'll Do

Own expansion outcomes across a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, with net revenue retention as a core metric

Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with economic buyers, quality/regulatory stakeholders, and end users across each account

Identify and run expansion opportunities as customers extend Ketryx to new teams, business units, or product lines

Partner closely with Delivery & Success and Support to ensure accounts are realizing value and any risk is surfaced early

Develop and maintain account plans that map stakeholders, whitespace, and renewal timelines

Represent the voice of the customer internally, working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering on roadmap input

Navigate the complexity of global, multi-region accounts — different buying committees, budget cycles, and regulatory contexts

Ramp quickly, learn fast, and adapt to the pace and ambiguity of a high-growth startup

Required Skills

8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas of $2M+

Proven track record managing and growing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts

Ability to grasp extremely complex technical and regulatory concepts quickly

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior decision makers

A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding retention/expansion targets

Strong organizational skills and habits — comfortable owning a portfolio of accounts across regions and time zones

A proactive mindset, eager and open to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment

Passion for healthcare technology and the ability to connect with leaders in the medical device industry

Preferred Skills

Previous experience in a startup environment strongly preferred

Background in Engineering, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry

Experience managing global or multinational enterprise accounts across multiple regions

Familiarity with IEC 62304, ISO 14971, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, or other regulated software/quality standards

Keywords: account management, customer success, renewals, expansion, global accounts, enterprise, client success, MedTech, SaaS, Boston, Cambridge, Kendall Square
