Shape the future of our manufacturing and quality operations.

As Global Process Owner – Manufacturing (gn) within our enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation, you will own the global end-to-end process responsibility for our manufacturing execution, line scheduling, and quality management.

You combine strategic process design with technical implementation and bridge the gap between shop-floor operations, Quality Assurance, IT, Supply Chain, and Finance. Through your efforts, you will build a standardized, scalable, and technology-enabled manufacturing model that ensures operational excellence, compliance, and high product quality.

If you bring deep expertise in production operations and quality control within a regulated FMCG, food, supplements, or pharma environment and are passionate about driving shop-floor standardization during a major business transformation, we look forward to getting to know you.

Your Mission with Us

Define and own the global standard process design for the end-to-end Make process — spanning detailed line scheduling, shop-floor execution, batch management, quality control, and release logic.

Own the business requirements and target concepts across MES (SmartR), LIMS, and SAP S/4HANA (PP/QM), aligning continuously with your technology counterparts.

Establish standardized production execution and quality release processes, including Quality Inspection (QI) hold logic, non-conformance/deviation handling, and batch release protocols.

Govern shop-floor and quality KPIs (e.g., OEE, Right-First-Time, deviation cycle times, release lead times) while ensuring high data quality per process step.

Drive change management, process adoption, and continuous improvement directly on the shop floor, resolving operational roadblocks with Planning, Warehousing, and Quality.

Manage interfaces with upstream planning (line feasibility) and downstream logistics (finished-goods hand-off to LEA Reply), ensuring seamless system and operational integration.

Align closely with adjacent Global Process Owners (Planning, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics) and the Transformation Office on cross-functional standards and interfaces.

Your Experience & Skills

Deep expertise and extensive operational experience in production/manufacturing operations and quality management within a regulated FMCG, food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceutical environment.

Hands-on experience with MES (SmartR or comparable) and LIMS, alongside a solid working understanding of SAP PP / QM integration.

Strong command of QA/QC, batch management, GMP/HACCP, food safety regulations, and non-conformance/deviation management.

End-to-end process mindset that connects capacity planning, shop-floor execution, quality release gates, and logistics hand-offs.

Shop-floor credibility and seniority paired with a hands-on attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive change in an operational environment.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) PP/QM transformations, multi-site standardization, or formal QM certifications/auditing background is a major plus.

Fluent in English and German.
