Start: immediately | Level: Professional / Senior | Location: Hamburg (hybrid, remote) | Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)

Shape the future of our end-to-end planning operations.

As Global Process Owner (gn) – Planning within our enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation, you will own the global end-to-end process responsibility for our supply chain planning landscape. You combine strategic process design with technical implementation across o9 and SAP S/4HANA, bridging the gap between Commercial Demand, Operations, and Finance. Through your efforts, you will establish a standardized, technology-enabled Plan-to-Produce model and drive S&OP / IBP as our integrating decision forum to ensure scalable and profitable growth.

If you bring deep expertise in demand and supply planning within an FMCG, food, supplements, or CPG environment and are passionate about closing the gaps between commercial ambitions and operational feasibility, we look forward to getting to know you.

Your Mission with Us

Define and own the global standard process design for end-to-end planning — spanning Demand Planning (statistical forecasting, demand sensing, promo/NPD integration), Supply Planning (RCCP, MPS, inventory policies), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

Own the business requirements and target concepts across o9 and SAP S/4HANA, aligning continuously with your technology counterparts on the target landscape.

Close the operational gaps between commercial demand inputs, supply and production feasibility, and inventory targets.

Govern core planning KPIs (e.g., Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Service Level, Inventory Turns) and drive the data quality of underlying planning data models.

Drive change management and process adoption across Commercial, Operations, and Finance, resolving cross-functional roadblocks to establish a single source of truth.

Ensure smooth integration and hand-offs with Manufacturing (plan feasibility) and Procurement (material availability).

Align closely with adjacent Global Process Owners (Manufacturing, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics) and the Transformation Office on shared standards and interfaces.

Your Experience & Skills

Deep expertise and extensive experience in demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP / IBP within an FMCG, CPG, food, or dietary supplements environment.

Hands-on experience with an advanced planning platform (o9 strongly preferred; SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder) alongside a solid working understanding of SAP planning/MRP integration.

Strong end-to-end process mindset with the ability to bridge commercial demand signals with supply chain and production realities.

High data literacy across planning data models, KPIs, and advanced planning tools.

Seniority to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments alongside a hands-on attitude, strong communication skills, and clear change management capabilities.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) transformations, introducing S&OP/IBP processes from a low-maturity baseline, or financial/commercial integration is a major plus.

Fluent in English.
