Shape the future of our global direct procurement.

As Global Process Owner (gn) - Procure-to-Pay (Directs) within our enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation, you will own the global end-to-end process responsibility for direct procurement. You combine strategic process design with technical implementation and bridge the gap between Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance. Through your efforts, you will build a standardised, scalable, and SAP-native Procure-to-Pay model for raw materials, packaging materials, traded goods, and subcontracting/VAS that ensures efficiency, speed, and high operational quality.

If you bring deep expertise in operational direct procurement within an FMCG or manufacturing environment and are excited to drive standardisation during a major business transformation, we look forward to getting to know you.

Your Mission with Us

Define and own the global standard process design for end-to-end direct procurement — from supplier qualification to contract management, purchase order execution, and invoice verification.

Own the business requirements and target concepts across SAP S/4HANA, EDI (Procuros), and Serrala Alevate AP, aligning continuously with your IT and Finance counterparts.

Standardise the procure-to-pay flow on SAP-native functionality, driving the automation of supplier connectivity (EDI) and invoice processing.

Manage processes for traded goods as well as subcontracting/co-packing (VAS) and component provision at the interface with Manufacturing.

Govern and optimize cross-functional interfaces with Supply Chain (goods receipt), Manufacturing (co-packing), and Finance (accounts payable / three-way match), resolving operational roadblocks.

Track and optimize key procurement KPIs (e.g. PO cycle time, on-time delivery, invoice-match rates, first-time-right rates) while maintaining high master data quality.

Align closely with adjacent Global Process Owners (Planning, Manufacturing) and the Transformation Office to ensure seamless cross-functional standards and interfaces.

Your Experience & Skills

Deep expertise and extensive operational experience in direct procurement (raw and packaging materials) within an FMCG, food, or manufacturing environment; experience with traded goods and subcontracting/co-packing is strongly preferred.

Hands-on experience with SAP MM / P2P (S/4HANA advantageous) as well as a solid working understanding of EDI (Procuros or comparable) and AP automation tools (Serrala or comparable).

Strong command of the procure-to-AP interface and the three-way match, with a proven ability to work closely with Finance counterparts.

End-to-end process mindset that seamlessly connects demand planning, manufacturing hand-offs, warehousing receipts, and accounts payable processes.

Seniority to manage complex stakeholder environments alongside a hands-on attitude, strong change management skills, and clear communication.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) procurement transformations and Serrala AP automation implementations is a major plus.

Fluent in English.
