Who this role is best for

Best suited to candidates with a hybrid skillset in marketing and technical execution working in AI systems integration for enterprises.

Best fit for

  • Candidates with a background in creating content and tools that drive engagement and pipeline
    — “You have shipped things people used. A campaign, a channel with a real audience, a launch, a tool.”
  • Individuals who are comfortable with code and can build simple tools independently
    — “You are comfortable around code. Python or TypeScript at a working level.”

Things to consider

  • The role requires a high level of autonomy and a willingness to experiment with new platforms
    — “Own channels outright. Write, publish, and measure across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and whatever channel matters six months from now that does not matter today.”
  • Candidates must demonstrate a genuine, evolving interest in AI, not just surface-level enthusiasm
    — “You are genuinely interested in AI, not performatively.”

How to stand out

  • Showcase a mix of written content, technical tools, and engagement-driven posts in your application
    — “Send three links: something you wrote, something you built, and something you posted that got a reaction.”
  • Highlight your ability to translate complex engineering work into compelling narratives
    — “Turn real engineering work into stories people share.”
  • Demonstrate your capacity to build simple tools without relying on engineering support
    — “Build simple tools when it is faster than waiting on someone else.”
  • Emphasize your hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor in your application
    — “You use Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent day to day, enough to build a simple tool yourself rather than wait on engineering.”

About the role

Original posting from Provectus via Lever

We build production AI systems for enterprises. We are an AI-first systems integrator and a Select-tier partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, among the first integrators selected. The work is good. Most people have never heard of it.

That is the job.

We are looking for one person who can tell the story of what we build and build things themselves. Not a marketer who uses AI tools. Not an engineer who writes copy. Someone who moves between the two without noticing the border.

What you will do::

Turn real engineering work into stories people share. Sit close to the teams shipping AI systems for banks, healthcare companies, and PE-backed operators, and translate what they built into video, writing, and demos that travel

Own channels outright. Write, publish, and measure across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and whatever channel matters six months from now that does not matter today

Run experiments and kill the ones that lose. Real budget and real autonomy, in exchange for showing your numbers

Build simple tools when it is faster than waiting on someone else. A scraper that watches what our market is saying. A dashboard that shows which stories moved pipeline. A microsite for a launch

What we are looking for::

You have shipped things people used. A campaign, a channel with a real audience, a launch, a tool. We care more about what you made than where you interned

You write well and you have a point of view. You can hold attention for 90 seconds on video and 900 words on a page

You are genuinely interested in AI, not performatively. You read the papers or you read the people who read the papers, and you have changed your mind about something in the last six months

You are comfortable around code. Python or TypeScript at a working level. You use Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent day to day, enough to build a simple tool yourself rather than wait on engineering

You are anywhere from your first job to a few years in. If you are early, show us an internship where the bar was high and a portfolio with range

You are in New York or San Francisco, or you will be

What we offer::

Base salary of $80,000 to $180,000 depending on level and location, plus performance bonus

401(k) profit sharing plan after probation period

Unlimited PTO policy

Medical, vision, and dental insurance

Direct access to the people building the systems and to the executives selling them. Small team, no layers between you and the work

A budget for tools, models, and experiments, with no approval chain under a threshold

Promotion tied to output, not tenure

How to apply::

Do not send a cover letter. Send three links: something you wrote, something you built, and something you posted that got a reaction. One paragraph on why the third one worked.

Then, two sentences on a company whose positioning you think is wrong and what you would change.
