RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospect, engage, and close a defined set of game studios, publishers, and brand advertisers across the Greater China region. Deliver a documented pipeline report identifying qualified opportunities, outreach activity,and closed agreements, structured for handoff to a full-time team member upon project completion.

Execute the complete sales cycle for a defined cohort of the Greater China region advertising partners, from initial outreach through contract execution and onboarding. Deliver a structured partner onboarding summary and transition document for each closed account, capturing partnership terms, key contacts, and long-term value drivers.

Conduct structured discovery sessions with assigned advertising partners to assess their marketing objectives, user acquisition goals, and monetization targets. Deliver tailored rewarded advertising strategy briefs for each partner, mapping their needs to Xsolla's Offerwall and broader ad product suite, formatted for internal use and partner presentation.

Gather and synthesize competitive and market intelligence from the Greater China region advertising partner engagements. Deliver a structured market intelligence report providing actionable insights and documented recommendations for consideration by Xsolla's product, data, and leadership teams to inform roadmap decisions.

Represent Xsolla's advertising capabilities at a defined scope of industry events, partner meetings, and regional forums across the Greater China region. Deliver a post-engagement summary report for each event or forum attended, documenting key contacts made, competitive observations, and recommended follow-up actions

to advance Xsolla's positioning as a rewarded advertising partner in the gaming and brand ecosystems.

REQUIREMENTS:

8+ years in business development, ad sales, or partnerships in gaming, mobile advertising, or ad tech, with at least 3 years carrying a direct revenue quota

Proven record closing deals with game studios, publishers, or brand advertisers; able to speak to specific deal sizes and cycles

Existing, active network among China-based game developers/publishers and media or brand-side buyers

Hands-on experience with performance/rewarded advertising models — offerwalls, rewarded video, UA, or monetization SDKs — and fluency in the metrics that drive them (eROAS, CPI/CPA, ARPDAU, LTV, fill rate)

Full-cycle ownership: prospecting, discovery, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, and onboarding

Native or fluent Mandarin plus professional English; able to present to partners locally and report to global stakeholders

Comfortable producing written business output — pipeline reports, strategy briefs, market intelligence, and event debriefs — to a standard leadership can act on

Willing to travel across the region for partner meetings and industry events
