Responsibilities::

  • Manufacturing Standards & Governance

-

System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain a holistic Manufacturing System architecture.

-

Standardization: Develop, approve, release, and regularly review manufacturing standards and procedures (including Workstation Standards, Gemba Management, Asaichi/Morning Meetings, Layered Process Audits (LPA), Leader Standard Work (LSW), and Daily Management Systems (DMS)).

Documentation Lifecycle: Manage version control, communication, and formal release of all processes and operational procedures.

-

Audit & Compliance: Conduct audits to track standard adherence, manage non-conformities/deviations, and evaluate overall implementation effectiveness.

  • Process Ownership

-

Core Process Ownership: Serve as the end-to-end Process Owner for key manufacturing routines, including: Daily Management, Shift Handover, Escalation Process, Production Meetings, Problem Solving, Visual Management, Change Management, and Continuous Improvement.

Enablement & Training: Lead training initiatives and guide teams on adopting new or updated processes.

  • Change Management Ownership

End-to-end ownership of all changes within the Manufacturing System, including:

Receiving change requests and assessing operational impact.

Facilitating approvals and running pilot testing at designated facilities.

Approving final versions, updating standard documentation, and orchestrating full rollout across all sites.

  • Plant Alignment & Governance

Maintain clear governance boundaries: establish corporate framework standards while supporting Plant Managers in site-level execution, compliance, and local training.

Collect, evaluate, and integrate continuous improvement proposals originating from plant operations.
