As a Procurement Team Leader, you will take on a key responsibility in leading and managing a team, ensuring they achieve their performance goals and contribute effectively to organisational objectives, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
Oversee the work of team members, providing guidance, support and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.
Coordinate and assign tasks to the team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the team’s objectives.
Conduct touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identifying opportunities and progress of each team member.
Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
What you’ll bring
At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
Experience in SOP development and implementation.
Strong coaching, performance management, and feedback skills.
Ability to delegate tasks, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in ERP systems, Google Workspace, inventory management, and transportation management systems.
Experience using AI tools is a plus.
