WE'RE LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY MOTIVATED HVAC TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ON THE JOB AND BUILD A CAREER IN A GROWING INDUSTRY. YOU'LL WORK ON OUR INNOVATIVE MODULAR HOMES, HELPING US INSTALL AND TEST ALL-ELECTRIC HVAC SYSTEMS, INCLUDING HEAT PUMPS, ERVS (ENERGY RECOVERY VENTILATORS), AND THE RELATED DUCTWORK.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Install and mount heat pumps, including the refrigerant lines.
  • The installation and testing of ERV systems.
  • Assemble and install ductwork, ensuring it's sealed correctly for optimal airflow.
  • Perform performance tests on HVAC systems.
  • Help inspect completed work to ensure it meets our quality standards.
  • Work alongside licensed plumbers and electricians as we build our homes.
  • Follow all safety protocols and learn about building and energy codes.
  • Learn and practice proper refrigerant handling and documentation to maintain EPA compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with HVAC systems.
  • Preference given to candidates with their EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, but this is not a requirement.
  • The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work overhead, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
  • A strong desire to learn, an eye for detail, and a positive attitude.
