The Incoming Quality Supervisor is responsible for verifying the quality and conformance

of incoming materials, components, parts, and assemblies before release to production or

inventory.

The role ensures inspections are performed according to approved specifications,

drawings, inspection plans, sampling requirements, and quality standards.

This position supports AMP-2 Quality by accurately recording inspection results in SAP,

identifying and segregating non-conforming products, supporting containment activities,

and escalating supplier or material Quality issues to the appropriate Quality, Logistics, and

Supplier Quality teams.

You Will :

Lead by example through strict adherence to Environment, Health and Safety

requirements, including mandatory PPE usage based on workstation requirements.

Promote and enforce a safe, clean and organized work environment in line with 6S

standards and Lucid Production System.

Ensure all team members follow company health and safety guidelines and PPE

requirements.

Build a positive work environment where employees feel valued and understand their

impact on company success.

Train, lead, coach, and develop Incoming Quality Inspectors.

Set daily goals, monitor progress, and maintain strong team engagement.

Manage all inspection activities across Customer Acceptance Line workstations.

Perform visual, dimensional, functional, and documentation checks on incoming parts,

materials, components, sub-assemblies and assemblies according to inspection plans

and acceptance criteria.

Confirm part number, revision level, quantity, packaging, labeling, traceability,

certificates, and other required documentation before acceptance or release.

Use appropriate inspection tools, gauges, measuring equipment, check sheets, and

work instructions to verify product conformance.

Apply defined sampling plans and inspection frequencies, and escalate any unclear

specification, drawing, or acceptance criteria before disposition.

Record inspection results, usage decisions, defects, quantities inspected, acceptance

status, and relevant remarks accurately in SAP or applicable quality systems.

Ensure inspection records are complete, traceable, and available for audits, supplier

follow-up, containment decisions, and quality investigations.

Maintain inspection documentation, photos, measurements, nonconformance

evidence, and supporting records in line with QMS requirements.

Identify, tag, segregate, and control non-conforming or suspect products to prevent

unintended use in production.

Initiate or support nonconformance reports, Quality notifications, blocked stock

actions, and material hold activities where applicable including quarantine area

monitoring and management (e.g. Input and Output flow, aging…).

Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Quality

Engineering to support containment, sorting, rework, return-to-supplier, or disposition

activities.

Support investigations related to incoming material defects, line disruptions, supplier issues, fit/function concerns, and Quality escapes.

Provide clear inspection feedback, defect descriptions, measurements, photos, and

evidence to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Participate in continuous improvement activities to reduce incoming defects.

Maintain inspection area organization, equipment condition, calibration awareness, 5S

standards, and safe handling of parts and tools.

Escalate risks, repeated defects, missing documentation, equipment issues, and

urgent quality concerns in a timely and professional manner.

You will bring :

Knowledge of incoming inspection, material verification, part traceability, defect

identification, containment, and non-conforming product control.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, inspection plans, work

instructions, part revisions, labels, and quality requirements.

Practical use of inspection tools and measurement equipment such as calipers,

micrometers, gauges, torque tools, visual aids, fixtures, and basic dimensional

measurement devices.

Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/quality systems for recording inspection

results, material status, quality notifications, and documentation.

Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, documentation discipline, and ability to

recognize abnormal conditions or repeated defects.

Good communication skills to escalate defects clearly and collaborate with Quality,

Supplier Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams.

Strong safety mindset, sense of urgency, accountability, and ability to work effectively

in a production and launch environment.

BA/BSc. or 5+ years of equivalent experience in same position is required.

Automotive experience with OEM is required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in incoming inspection, Quality inspection.

Experience using SAP Quality Module.

Knowledge of inspection methods, nonconforming material control, containment,

traceability, and Quality documentation requirements.

Knowledge of Quality inspection tools, sampling plans, supplier quality monitoring.

Ability to work shifts, support production priorities, and perform inspections in

warehouse/shopfloor environments as required.

English communication required; Arabic is a plus.
