ABOUT THE ROLE

Our company is looking for an integration engineer for our robotic cells and automation equipment. In this role, you will be supporting mechanical, electrical and pneumatic assembly of different automation projects as well as working on-site at customer locations to support deployment process. This position requires also administrative skills to report projects progress and current status as well as follow up the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic design to prevent any issues during assembly process.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic schematics interpretation.
  • Tool handling
  • Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic assembly of robotic cells and automated equipment.
  • Follow up and reviewing of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic design
  • Report projects progress using administrative tools
  • Make an assembly plan base on design information using administrative tools like gantt, excel, jira, etc.
  • Provide feedback to engineering team for continuos improvement.
  • Support in installation and deployment plans.
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Develop and update process documentation.
  • Forecast and budget administration.
  • Lay out design 
  • Extensive Travel is required to different locations outside of Mexico

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • High technical skills (mechanical, electrical and pneumatic)
  • Service attitude is a MUST
  • Assembly, repair and maintain robotic controllers, mechanical devices, automation equipment, conveyors and peripheral equipment.
  • Solidworks, eDrawings & AutoCad
  • Workshop tools handling as lathe, milling and drilling machines, precision measurement tools, etc.
  • Interpretation of mechanical and electrical diagrams
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and ascend heights regularly
  • Assertive communication
  • Troubleshooting & Repair capabilities
  • B1/b2 level of English
  • No travel restrictions
  • Passport and USA visa
