What You'll Do::

Assist in end-to-end product claims processing, working with internal stakeholders to ensure data cleanliness and process efficiency 

Collaborate on quality projects and initiatives focused on process improvements to support operational excellence 

Document quality-related initiatives, processes, and workflows to help maintain our current knowledge base 

Respond to quality incidences raised by internal Emma stakeholders and external partners such as suppliers and warehouses 

Support product lifecycle management by analyzing quality data (claims, defects, supplier performance), and turning findings into decision-ready insights and reports for relevant stakeholders 

Work with Product and R&D teams on projects centered on increasing perceived quality amongst our consumer bases 

Who You Are::

You are currently an undergraduate college student taking a university degree in Business Administration; Supply Chain; Logistics or a related subject

You have around 18 academic unit or less in the current or upcoming semester

You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with data 

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

You are eager to learn about supply chain processes, project management, and process excellence 

You have basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus, but not required) 

You have an independent and structured way of working 

You think customer and process oriented 

You are a team player who can communicate across different cultures 

You can report onsite at least twice a week, and can commit to at least 6 months internship period
