What You'll Do::

You will analyze category, country, product, and consumer data to inform critical decisions on product development and launches. 

You will support on-ground activities related to consumer research, competitor product testing, and consumer product testing. 

You will synthesize insights from research and testing, providing actionable recommendations on how to update and optimize our portfolio, products, and market positioning. 

Build and maintain dashboards tracking portfolio performance (RR, NPS, etc.) 

Track progress of product launches in key markets, escalating any risks or delays early. 

Create clear “health check” snapshots for the different products in the portfolio. Analyze performance data and present recommendations on a regular basis on what the team can focus on optimizing on. 

Design and implement a structured product knowledge base (e.g., Confluence or OneDrive repository) to centralize all product specifications, pricing, unit economics, marketing claims, and specs for easy access across the team. 

Who You Are::

Currently an undergraduate college student with background in Business, Engineering, Systems Design, Data Analytics or a related field 

Has 9 academic units or less in the current/upcoming semester

Experience managing projects and working with multiple stakeholders 

Strong analytical skills, with comfort working with data sets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) 

Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable narratives 

Proactive, with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 

Pragmatic and execution-focused 

Familiarity with Confluence, OneDrive, or other knowledge management tools is a plus. 

Can report onsite twice a week, and can at least commit for 6 months
