Administer the company's core internal and external services (Google Workspace, Atlassian, Okta, LDAP, VPN, SIP), along with the office network and AV and conference-room systems.

Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the office, providing a mix of on-site and remote support with a strong customer-service focus.

Manage office IT equipment across its full lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of hardware (printers and scanners, peripherals, AV) and software, keeping the asset inventory accurate and all allocations logged.

Own vendor relationships for IT hardware and services (for example, Apple, Dell, Asus, Logitech).

Provide IT support for internal events such as meet-ups and conferences, and support employee desk moves and office reconfigurations.

Create and maintain clear IT documentation and runbooks for the systems and processes you own.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 to 4 years of hands-on IT experience covering hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.

Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.

Hands-on experience administering core business and identity systems (for example, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Okta, LDAP, VPN).

Experience with office networking, AV and conference-room systems, CCTV and physical security systems, and backup and recovery.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-service mindset.

Comfortable working independently and owning problems end to end in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Proactive and organized, eager to learn, with strong practical problem-solving skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience supporting a global or multi-office organization.

Previous work experience at a fast-paced organization with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
