About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and structured individual to join the Self-Service Product team as a Junior Delivery Manager. You will work directly alongside a Product Manager on a real product portfolio — this is hands-on work with real ownership from day one. Responsibilities:
Delivery Support
- Track ticket status in Jira, flag blockers and outdated items;
- Maintain dependency notes and follow up on open action items;
- Help coordinate cross-functional launches by monitoring readiness across teams.
Communication & Meetings
Prepare agendas and materials ahead of recurring meetings;
- Write meeting summaries and distribute action items;
- Draft weekly status updates for stakeholder channels.
Documentation
- Keep Confluence pages current — process docs, decision logs, launch notes;
- Structure notes from syncs into reusable documentation.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc research (competitors, market, user flows);
- Synthesize feedback into structured input for product prioritization.
Insights & Feedback Loop
- Collect and structure feedback from team syncs and stakeholder discussions;
- Identify recurring themes and prepare input for product backlog and prioritization;
- Help track delivery metrics and flag friction points across the product workflow.
