If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.

SharkNinja is growing fast, and our compensation programs need to grow with it. As Lead Compensation Analyst, you will own the day-to-day execution of our global compensation programs and the systems behind them, supporting employees across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards, you will partner daily with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and Finance.

Own the configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of our compensation systems, including survey reporting, benchmarking, and cycle management tools.

Run our annual market benchmarking process, including survey submissions, data validation, and market pricing of new and existing roles.

Assist with stock plan administration for equity awards in Fidelity

Serve as the go-to partner for HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and managers on offers, promotions, transfers, and off-cycle requests.

Own global pay reporting, including pay transparency and disclosure requirements across the geographies we support.

Lead ad hoc analyses across incentive compensation, equity programs, pay equity, and cost modeling.

Use AI, automation, and better tooling to cut manual effort and strengthen data integrity across our compensation processes.

Support compensation training and communications for managers, HR partners, and employees.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics; 7+ years preferred.

Hands-on experience administering compensation cycles and owning compensation management systems such as Pave or Oracle HCM, plus survey reporting tools such as Radford or Mercer.

Deep knowledge of benchmarking methodology, survey submission, job leveling, salary structure design, and market pricing.

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and a real appetite for turning raw data into decisions, including with BI and AI tools.

Experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple regions, including multi-country pay practices and pay transparency requirements.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to make complex compensation concepts clear to employees and senior leaders.

Sound judgment, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Nice to Have
