Support the ongoing refinement of existing trainings, incorporating stakeholder and subject matter expert feedback into revised curriculum and materials.

Develop Guru cards and other eLearning and quick-reference content assets to support the enterprise knowledge library.

Apply adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, backward design) throughout the content development lifecycle.

Partner with the Learning and Development Manager on curriculum architecture and multi-track training frameworks.

Support research and analysis efforts, including peer and industry benchmarking, to inform curriculum design decisions.

Qualifications:

Background or familiarity with industrial, construction, or trade environments is a plus, though not required.

Education/Certification:

BA/BS in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Learning, or related field, or equivalent certifications and proven work experience.

Experience developing training content and materials, including design, drafting, and iterative revision based on feedback.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, CIDD, LXD) are a plus.
