The successful candidate will work closely with business and functional teams, providing legal advice on a variety of commercial and corporate matters, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to effective risk management and compliance. We are looking for a proactive and business-minded professional with strong legal foundations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and international environment.

Your role:

Your key duties and responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements

Providing legal advice and conducting legal research on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law and real estate

Reply to various legal requests from end-users and third parties (including resellers and suppliers) in relation to products and services

Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments

Compiling information and preparing statistics, charts, graphs and other summaries to detail the findings

Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required.

Master’s degree in Law (with honors) 104+

Relevant experience as lawyer in a leading law firm

Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language

Strong interpersonal and organization skills

Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy

With your “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment

What we offer

Permanent employment contract under Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Credit Sector (CCNL Credito)

Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €40,000 to €55,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications

Job grade to be determined upon completion of the selection process, with final assessment between 3A3L (Terza Area Professionale, 3° Livello) or QD1 (Quadro Direttivo di 1° Livello) employment classification
