You'll join a lean team of senior professionals who operate as strategic partners to Product and Engineering and focus on bringing global users a native experience. Strong performers can take on increasing scope over time.

You can work from San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA.

You Will:

Manage end-to-end localization into 29 languages, including launches that require creative asset localization, terminology building and testing

Monitor continuous localization operations while identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.

Run and evolve localization quality processes: coordinate testing, build LQA workflows and propose improvements based on data.

Monitor and improve translation quality output by developing and maintaining linguistic assets

Influence upstream content operations for seamless, context-rich translations.

Build localization metrics reports (turnaround, quality scores, cost per word)

You Have:

5+ years of localization project/program management experience

Experience managing stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies

Experience with enterprise localization tools, translation management platforms  (Smartling, memoQ, Phrase or similar), and developing and maintaining linguistic assets and workflows

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication

Native speaker of one additional language

Bonus Points

An analytical mindset, with the ability to visualize data, connect the dots, and turn localization insights into decisions that drive business and tooling outcomes.

Native French, German, Chinese or Japanese preferred
