WHY NEW ENGEN?

At New Engen, we help brands grow—not just bigger, but smarter. We’re a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.

Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions—like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they’re all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.

We’re a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands—and each other—thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead Affiliate Programs and Client Partnerships

Drive Performance and Optimization

Monitor program pacing and performance across partners, placements, and offers. Analyze results to uncover optimization opportunities and recommend adjustments that improve efficiency, scale high-performing relationships, and maximize return.

Lead Reporting and Performance Insights

Own monthly reporting and performance reviews, translating program data into clear insights and actionable next steps. Help clients understand what is driving results and where new opportunities exist for growth.

Ensure Program Execution and Compliance

Oversee affiliate network setup, campaign compliance, and platform best practices to ensure programs run smoothly. Maintain strong operational rigor while partnering with internal teams to support seamless execution across campaigns.

Support Team Development and Collaboration

Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and performance support to junior team members, which may include managing a direct report. Foster collaboration across internal teams and help maintain strong communication, shared insights, and consistent execution standards.

Experience owning day-to-day client relationships and confidently leading client conversations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations and performance insights clearly.
