About This Role

Crusoe is looking for a Manager, Sourcing to own and execute the corporate services procurement function at one of the fastest-scaling AI infrastructure companies in the world. You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from strategy and market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance management. As a key business partner to corporate leaders, you will deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth. In addition, you will manage Sourcing Specialists and support the build-out of your team.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Own and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories, including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management
  • Serve as a key business partner to corporate leaders, delivering value, mitigating risk, and ensuring the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth
  • Lead and manage Sourcing Specialists and support the build-out of the corporate procurement team
  • Conduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost savings, and drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
  • Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
  • Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
  • Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities with exceptional stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $130,000 -$157,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
