The Manager, Program Management will play an important role in the execution of large-scale programs within Enterprise CRM Solutions (eCRMs). This role will drive the delivery of key workstreams within broader programs, partnering closely with Product, Technology, and business teams to develop and manage execution plans, coordinate dependencies, identify and escalate risks, and support successful delivery against program objectives.

In addition to driving workstream execution, the Manager will help connect delivery activities to the broader eCRMs strategy and roadmap, developing a strong understanding of how individual initiatives and decisions contribute to longer-term priorities. Provides clear, timely, and actionable updates to senior stakeholders on program status, milestones, risks, dependencies, key decisions, and delivery outlook, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Manages changes to scope, schedule, resources, and delivery plans using established change management and governance processes, assessing impacts and driving alignment on required trade-offs.

Contributes to the full product development lifecycle from planning through delivery, partnering with Product and Technology teams to align execution with product, architectural, and technical strategies.

Ensures program activities and documentation adhere to applicable organizational policies, governance requirements, regulatory standards, and quality expectations.

Builds strong relationships and influences across Product, Technology, and business teams, connecting technology delivery with business objectives and broader eCRMs priorities.

Uses AI-enabled program management and reporting capabilities to improve planning effectiveness, status tracking, dependency management, risk identification, delivery predictability, stakeholder transparency, and operational efficiency.

Applies judgment and oversight when using AI-assisted and agentic capabilities for analysis, reporting, resource planning, risk management, and decision support, validating outputs for quality and accuracy prior to stakeholder communication.
