Als Teil der international agierenden Unternehmensgruppe MAXCESS entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben wir technische Lösungen für Bahnregelung, Bahnbeobachtung, Wickeln, Schneiden und Bahnzugregelung für die Verarbeitung von Materialbahnen.

Unsere Systeme kommen unter anderem in der Papier-, Kunststoff-, Metall- sowie Rotationswerkzeugindustrie zum Einsatz und sind weltweit in unterschiedlichsten Produktionsprozessen installiert.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Final Quality Control Teams suchen wir ab sofort, befristet (zunächst für ein Jahr) und in Vollzeit (37,5 Stunden/Woche) einen motivierten:

Mitarbeiter Quality Control (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Durchführung von Galvanik-, Hinterschleif- und Endkontrollprozessen an Stanzblechen

Bedienung und Einrichtung von Maschinen sowie Durchführung von Trocknungs- und Temperprozessen

Prüfung von Beschichtungen, Oberflächen, Schneidkanten und Maßhaltigkeit

Durchführung von Sicht-, Maß- und Funktionsprüfungen sowie Erstellung und Bewertung von Testabdrucken

Dokumentation von Prüf- und Produktionsdaten sowie Meldung von Qualitätsabweichungen

Ihr Profil

Technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung von Vorteil; motivierte Quereinsteiger sind willkommen

Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle, Metallbearbeitung oder Produktion

Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln

Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Lernbereitschaft

Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse und Verständnis für technische Unterlagen

Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
