Qualifications::

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, ideally within a warehouse environment
  • Exposure to inventarisation, shipments, loading & unloading
  • Experience with WMS/ERP systems, familiarity with some task management, tickets and other tools
  • Confident user of Google Workspace or O365
  • Strong organization skills, you are also a responsible and attentive person
  • Polish and English: B2+ level

Key Responsibilities::

  • Office administration and maintenance:
  • Search and select suppliers for office needs: stationery, office supplies, cleaning services, small repairs, water/coffee, other office services.
  • Ask for offers, compare prices and terms, and support the approval process.
  • Control service quality and keep a supplier contact list.
  • Logistics and warehouse related:
  • Cooperating with the transport department and carriers
  • Supervising the unloading and loading of goods to and from transport vehicles
  • Coordinating the quality and efficiency of picking and shipments
  • Administrative:
  • Checking and preparing documents, working in 1C/WMS/ERP systems.
  • Cooperating with HR at the Warsaw office, including sharing information on regulations, working time, documentation, and related matters
  • Other relevant tasks assigned by Manager
