Ready to lead, disrupt and reinvent the sleep industry?

We are Emma – The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we have grown into the world’s largest direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep brand, with a presence in over 20 markets and more than 35 Emma stores across Europe.

Our mission is simple: to develop sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day. Today, our products are trusted by millions and recommended by leading consumer associations worldwide.

It’s our people who bring this mission to life. At Emma, you’ll join a driven, international team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing. With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.

Ready to awaken your best with us?

What you'll do::

  • Be the first point of contact for the office, greeting employees, visitors, and guests with a warm, professional welcome
  • Manage the front desk: answer calls, handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, and direct inquiries to the right person or team
  • Support the Facility Manager with day-to-day office operations, from vendor and contractor check-ins to tracking maintenance requests and following up on open items
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and set-up, ensuring spaces are ready and well-presented for internal and external meetings
  • Manage visitor access, badges, and sign-in processes, keeping security and compliance records up to date
  • Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies, flagging stock needs to the Facility Manager and helping maintain supplier relationships
  • Assist with organizing health & safety documentation, drills, and compliance checklists under the Facility Manager’s guidance
  • Provide administrative support for renovation or office improvement projects, such as scheduling, notifying staff, and tracking action items
  • Help uphold hygiene, organization, and presentation standards across all shared spaces, partnering with the cleaning team when needed

Who we're looking for::

  • Experienced in a receptionist, front desk, or office coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Friendly and professional, and enjoy being the face of the office for employees and guests alike
  • A clear, confident communicator in person and over phone/email
  • Comfortable juggling multiple small tasks at once, and aware of when to escalate something to the Facility Manager
  • Proactive: if you spot an issue, you flag it or fix it rather than waiting to be asked
  • Familiar with basic health & safety or office compliance practices, or eager to learn
  • Fluent in German and English, and happy working with a diverse, multicultural team

What we offer::

  • A professional environment where you will have the opportunity of running the front-of-house operations of an international workplace.
  • 25 vacations days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 30 days per year).
  • Being part of a mature scale-up that helps people sleep better.
  • Access to Nilo (mental health platform)
  • Pet-friendly office

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building an inclusive workplace. We celebrate diversity and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age.
