About the Role 

The On-site Admin at SERHANT. New Development will work closely with management to provide administrative and back-end office support and will act as a liaison between sales team, developers, and staff.   

Responsibilities 

Identify and manage day-to-day needs at specified new development project/sales gallery 

Provide administrative and operational support for the project(s) and to the sales agents 

Assist with calendar, appointment, phone calls and scheduling  

Respond to voicemails, emails and regular mail 

Handle all tracking, inquires, reporting for the project(s) 

Make sure all relevant information on websites and marketing information matches.  

Maintain Serhant. New Development tracking system for project(s) in terms of signed deals, vendor tracking, adding new building, updating commissions, etc.  

Assist with sending daily and weekly reports directly to developers 

Assist with event planning for project(s), broker events, and coordinating vendors/sponsors.  

Assist with marketing for project(s), including weekly e-blast creation, signage requests, marketing collateral, etc.  

Work closely with management on building requests, weekly agendas, weekly minutes, ordering supplies, etc.

Qualifications 

Education: Bachelor's degree  

1-2 years of work experience 

Valid Real Estate Salesperson License preferred, but not required 

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel 

Experience with Project Management tools (i.e. Monday, ClickUp, or Airtable) 

Skills 

Excellent verbal and written communication 

Immaculate organization and administrative skills 

Team player but can also work independently  

Problem-solving 

Compensation 

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. 

The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $65,000.00 USD. 

Your Location 

This position is on-site for candidates based in Williamsburg, NY area. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
