Pull and upload data across relevant systems and ensure program records remain accurate and up to date.

Coordinate post-program evaluation processes, including evaluation communications and data collection.

Develop regular reports and dashboards that help the Talent Development team understand participation, engagement, and program outcomes.

Support analysis of program data to identify trends and inform future planning and decision-making.

Partner with colleagues to improve how HillelU tracks and communicates program impact.

Leadership Development & Event Logistics

Support the operational delivery of select high-touch programs and experiences, including Kaplan Supervisory Leadership Program and Accelerate.

Coordinate event logistics including hotels, catering, travel, participant communications, materials, schedules, and other event needs.

Manage participant travel reimbursements and other program-related expenses.

Coordinate across facilitators, participants, vendors, internal partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.

Provide on-site operational support for select HillelU professional development experiences, as needed.

Systems & Process Improvement

Maintain systems for tracking HillelU programs, participants, logistics, and outcomes.

Look for opportunities to streamline administrative processes and reduce manual work.

Create documentation and standard operating procedures to support consistency and continuity across the HillelU portfolio.

Help the team leverage technology and data more effectively in the delivery and evaluation of learning programs.
