We are seeking a highly organized and operationally focused Order Operations Manager to lead vehicle ordering, forecasting, allocation, and distribution activities for Lucid France. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of vehicles from production allocation through customer delivery, while maintaining operational excellence, system compliance, and data integrity across the French market.
As part of Lucid’s Hybrid National Sales Company (NSC) model, the Order Operations Manager will act as the primary operational interface between Lucid Europe, Lucid France, contracted service providers, logistics partners, and the retail network. The role is accountable for vehicle forecasting, inventory management, order administration, logistics coordination, and delivery performance, ensuring that all activities are executed in accordance with Lucid processes, governance standards, and customer experience objectives. The position serves as a critical control point for operational quality, delivery accuracy, and market readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Vehicle Allocation
Own the end-to-end vehicle ordering process for the French market
Develop and maintain accurate market volume forecasts in alignment with sales objectives and allocation planning
Coordinate vehicle allocation requirements with Lucid Europe and relevant supply planning teams
Monitor order bank health, inventory levels, and vehicle availability
Ensure timely and accurate submission of vehicle orders and allocation requests
Identify and resolve constraints impacting vehicle supply and customer deliveries
Support market launch activities, new product introductions, and volume ramp-up plans
Logistics & Distribution Management
Oversee vehicle distribution activities across the French market
Coordinate vehicle movements from European logistics hubs to French compounds, retail locations, and delivery points
Ensure alignment between logistics providers, market operations, and retail partners
Monitor vehicle transit performance and proactively manage delivery risks
Support the development and implementation of logistics operating procedures
Ensure effective coordination of vehicle storage, inventory management, and delivery readiness activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer delivery performance
Operational Controls & Process Governance
Ensure compliance with Lucid policies, operational procedures, and governance requirements
Develop and maintain operational reporting and performance management processes
Monitor adherence to established SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards
Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
Implement corrective actions to improve operational quality and efficiency
Support audit and compliance activities where required
Systems & Data Management
Ensure all market transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with system requirements
Monitor system compliance across internal users and service providers
Support implementation of new system functionality, localization requirements, and operational enhancements
Act as the business owner for operational reporting and data quality management
Partner with internal IT and business teams to resolve operational system issues
Partner & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary operational interface with contracted service providers supporting logistics and vehicle operations
Coordinate activities across Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Customer Care, Marketing, and Network Development functions
Support governance forums with operational performance reporting and action tracking
Ensure partners operate in accordance with Lucid standards, processes, and contractual obligations
Escalate operational performance issues and drive resolution plans
Build strong working relationships across Lucid Europe and local partner organizations
Customer Delivery & Market Readiness
Support launch planning and expansion of retail locations within France
Ensure operational readiness for new market initiatives, campaigns, and product introductions
Maintain focus on customer experience through proactive management of delivery timelines and operational execution
Support retail partners in achieving delivery, inventory, and handover performance targets
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
Experience in automotive sales operations, logistics, supply chain, order management, or vehicle distribution
Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and vehicle allocation processes
Experience working within complex operational environments involving multiple stakeholders and third-party partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience utilizing ERP, CRM, inventory management, and operational reporting systems
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Fluent in French and English

Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
