Partner Marketing Manager, North America

About the role:

Are you a strategic, hands-on marketer who enjoys building programs with partners and bringing campaigns to life? As the Partner Marketing Manager for North America, you will own the strategy and execution of marketing programs for a named group of strategic partners. Reporting to the Director, Global Channel Marketing, you will help prioritize investments, develop joint go-to-market plans, and deliver campaigns that support partner engagement and business growth.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will serve as the primary marketing contact for your assigned partners and work cross-functionally with Channel Sales, Campaigns, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Creative, Content, and the ABX team. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure partner programs are prioritized, launched effectively, and aligned to business goals.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Define quarterly marketing priorities for a named portfolio of North American partners based on revenue potential, growth trajectory, and business needs

Develop joint go-to-market plans and recommend the right campaigns, programs, and investments for each partner

Recommend market development fund (MDF) allocation and track investments against defined outcomes in partnership with the Director

Build and deliver through-partner demand generation programs, including email, digital, paid media, webinars, nurture campaigns, workshops, roundtables, and sales enablement

Create, format, and adapt campaign assets for web, social, events, email, paid media, and partner sales support

Prepare landing pages, email schedules, digital assets, and launch materials while ensuring all deliverables are accurate, on brand, and completed on time

Coordinate partner enablement sessions, bootcamps, and other programs that support partner readiness and engagement

Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners and coordinate internally with cross-functional teams and external vendors

Track program execution, partner engagement, MDF utilization, and campaign results across the region

Report performance, risks, resource needs, and opportunities to the Director, Global Channel Marketing and regional sales leadership

What you will bring to our team:

We look for people who value agility, passion, and teamwork; those who can bring fresh ideas to the table and want the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand their careers. You are comfortable setting strategy, making informed recommendations, and rolling up your sleeves to execute the work.

Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution

Experience creating and adapting marketing assets across email, web, social, paid media, events, and sales enablement channels

Understanding of partner go-to-market motions and the ability to align programs to partner and business objectives

Experience managing MDF or other partner marketing investments is preferred

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partners, priorities, and deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working directly with partners and senior stakeholders

Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance, identify risks, and recommend next steps

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global and cross-functional teams

A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
