Serve as the voice of the partner internally, synthesizing stakeholder and employee feedback into actionable insights for Product, Marketing, Operations, and business leadership.

Proactively identify partnership-health risks, resolve escalations, and mobilize the right internal teams to protect the client experience and retention.

Maintain accurate account plans, contacts, activity records, risks, opportunities, performance metrics, and next steps in Salesforce and other operating tools.

Coordinate contract renewals and amendments with partners, Sales, Legal, and Operations; ensure executed documentation and commercial terms are accurately reflected in internal systems.

Support operational and compliance requirements for applicable programs, including partner onboarding documentation, program changes, and cross-functional approvals.

Represent SoFi at Work in partner meetings, client events, and industry forums; travel as needed to deepen strategic relationships.

What you’ll need:5+ years of experience in partnership success, customer success, account management, relationship management, consulting, client services, or a comparable client-facing role.

Demonstrated success managing and growing complex B2B or B2B2C relationships, preferably with employer, workplace, financial-services, benefits, HR technology, SaaS, or other strategic partners.

Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, including HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and executive leaders.

Proven ability to lead a portfolio through the full post-sale lifecycle—from onboarding and activation through optimization, renewal, and expansion.

Strong analytical judgment and comfort using performance data to diagnose opportunities, develop recommendations, and communicate outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
