About us

Thesis is building the AI-powered care team platform for infinitely scalable clinical capacity. We radically increase access and improve quality of care by combining AI agents with clinical experts to take on high-impact clinical operations and care management activities for healthcare organizations.

We’re based in NYC, are growing rapidly, and are backed by $60 million in funding from Oak HC/FT, CRV, Black Opal Ventures, and experienced C-level healthtech angel investors.

About the Role

The Partnerships Lead will work with customers across the full partnership journey, from first conversations through go-live and expansion. You’ll get to know our customers’ needs well and work closely with our sales and deployment teams to turn those needs into successful, growing partnerships. Key activities include solution design, building business cases and ROI models, partnership strategy, creating custom content, and leading discussions with senior customer leaders (including C-level executives at large providers and payers). You’ll also bring a market and commercial perspective to the company’s product roadmap, helping us decide where to go next.

Responsibilities

Convey Thesis’s AI platform to the market. Serve as an external voice of our AI, helping customers understand what it can do and the clinical, operational and financial value it delivers.

Lead consultative sales cycles with provider and payer organizations. Uncover priorities, build compelling business cases and ROI models, and shape new solutions to meet customer needs.

Build and nurture executive relationships (C-suite, service line leaders, clinical, finance, IT) to build trust, remove roadblocks and champion adoption.

Drive success and expansion after go-live. Bring stakeholders together to deliver on time, measure outcomes, and turn results into renewals and new use cases.

Feed customer insight back into our product. Work with engineering and clinical teams to prioritize features and new use cases.

Own product scope for new partnerships. Partner with sales to translate client needs into a defined, flexible product configuration and commercial structure.

Help shape our entry into new markets and customer segments. Identify emerging opportunities, size them, and develop the positioning, use cases and go-to-market approach to win there.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in healthcare, with 2+ years in commercial, client-facing roles such as solutions consulting, strategy consulting, business development, account management or customer success.

A track record of supporting or leading complex enterprise sales cycles with health systems, payers or other healthcare organizations.

Prior experience at early-stage startups or high-growth business units at healthtech companies.

Strong command of healthcare economics, including value-based care, payer and provider business models, and care management workflows. You can turn clinical impact into a clear financial story.

Success managing complex deployments and senior stakeholders in clinical environments.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present data-driven insights compellingly.

Based in NYC, and excited about a hybrid work environment where we’re in-office ~3 days per week.

Target compensation for this role is 200-250K, plus bonus, equity and a generous benefits package.
