We are looking for a PS Delivery Manager to lead and support payment solution integrations from a technical, operational, and user-experience perspective.

In this role, you will work closely with development, product, UX/UI, marketing, business development teams and external payment partners to ensure that new payment solutions are not only successfully integrated, but also well-documented, easy to use, performant, and aligned with game industry best practices.

You will become a key subject matter expert throughout the integration lifecycle — from analyzing technical documentation and defining the setup to improving the customer journey, supporting launches, and identifying opportunities to enhance payment performance.

 What you’ll do

Analyze payment solution setup and technical documentation together with development teams, gaining a deep understanding of the product’s capabilities, configuration options, parameters, technical requirements, and limitations.

Translate technical documentation into practical implementation knowledge, identifying dependencies, potential integration challenges, and opportunities to optimize the setup.

Own the end-to-end integration perspective, ensuring that technical capabilities are reflected in a clear and efficient user journey.

Represent the company in external communications with payment providers and other partners throughout the integration process and subsequent product or payment method promotion.

Act as a subject matter expert for marketing and communications, providing expertise and content input for launch announcements, product materials, PR activities, and other external communications.

Partner with Product Design and UX/UI teams to review and improve the end-to-end payment user journey, identifying friction points and recommending UX best practices based on market research and industry standards.

Research and apply best practices in payment UX, integration flows, configuration, and customer experience to continuously improve our solutions.

Act as an internal subject matter expert for new payment launches, helping internal teams understand new payment methods, their capabilities, setup, customer journey, and operational considerations.

Analyze payment performance and customer experience, identifying areas for improvement in conversion, reliability, usability, and overall payment flow.

Work directly with payment partners’ teams on conversion rate (CR), UX, and performance improvements, using data and best-practice benchmarks to recommend changes to the setup.

Identify setup improvements — including configuration, parameters, API components, and user-flow elements — that can improve payment performance and customer experience.

Provide structured feedback to payment providers on their APIs, documentation, configuration options, and integration components, helping partners improve their products and integration experience.

Connect technical, product, UX, and commercial perspectives, ensuring that integration decisions deliver value for both the business and the end customer.

Payment Systems Delivery Manager Responsibilities:

  • Experience in payment solutions, payment integrations, fintech, or a related technical/product environment.
  • Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze technical documentation, APIs, integration guides, configuration parameters, and product requirements.
  • Experience working closely with development and technical teams and translating technical concepts into actionable business and product requirements.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and user journey optimization, ideally with experience in payments or other conversion-sensitive digital products.
  • Ability to analyze payment flows and identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, usability, reliability, and overall performance.
  • Experience working with external partners, payment providers, or technology vendors and confidently representing the company in professional communications.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Product, Design, UX/UI, Marketing, and external partner teams.
  • A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to identify problems, investigate their root causes, and turn findings into practical improvements.
  • Ability to research market and UX best practices and apply them pragmatically to real-world payment integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What success looks like

In this role, success means that every new payment integration is not simply technically completed, but is well understood, well documented, easy to navigate, optimized for conversion, and delivered with a high-quality customer experience.

You will help us build stronger integrations, improve payment performance, strengthen collaboration with payment providers, and continuously raise the quality of our payment journeys based on data, user needs, and the best practices in the market.
