About the role

Original posting from JPMorgan Chase

You thrive on building platform products that enterprises depend on, where the right API, the right data model, and the right partnership decision compound into measurable business impact. If you have spent your career making payments actually work at serious volume, keep reading!

As a Vice President, Product Manager on the Payments Value-Added Services Platform team, you will own a core product area within our Value-Added Services portfolio, which includes network tokenization, account updater, acquirer tokenization, and consumer profiles. These capabilities simplify credential management and improve authorization performance for clients. You will make real decisions on products that run in production and support material transaction volume today – refining APIs, strengthening client onboarding, driving authorization uplift, and running incident response.

In parallel, you will partner with the product team and stakeholders across the organization to shape and deliver our next-generation payment credential platform, designed for simpler integration, self-service onboarding, and measurable client outcomes. It will serve as a long-term foundation for JPMorganChase merchant payments, and you will be at the center of defining it.

You will partner with product teams across the organization, engineering, our card network partners, compliance, sales and relationship managers, and clients directly. This is both an operate-and-scale role and a build-the-next-generation role.

In your first year, you will take ownership of your product area's roadmap and delivery, and lead a major workstream of the next-generation platform through delivery.
