About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a US marketing agency that helps dental practices win new patients, mainly for clear aligner treatment such as Invisalign. Today, the founder runs every Meta Ads account himself. We are hiring our first Meta Ads Specialist to take over campaign management and client communication, so he can focus on growing the agency.

You will work directly with the founder and own Meta Ads performance for our dental clients in the US. You start with one client account and take on more as you settle in, up to five current clients, each spending about $1,500–2,000 per month. We are looking for someone who wants to own results and grow into the agency's go-to Meta Ads expert.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) lead-generation campaigns for US dental practices.
  • Set up new client ad accounts from scratch: Business Manager, pixel and tracking, campaign structure.
  • Research creatives, write and build ads, and run structured tests on audiences, offers, and creative angles.
  • Optimize for cost per lead (target $25–50) and for booked and attended consultations, not just form fills.
  • Send each client a performance report every two weeks, using our existing templates.
  • Answer ad-hoc client questions promptly and clearly. Dentists are busy, so daily contact is rare.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, including building accounts and campaigns from scratch. Strong candidates with 3–4 years are also considered.
  • Proven lead-generation results for US local-service clients, with numbers you can show (CPL, lead quality, booked appointments).
  • A structured approach to creative and audience testing.
  • Hands-on tracking setup and troubleshooting: Pixel, Conversions API, lead and booking events.
  • Strong spoken and written English for direct calls and reports with US clients.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback well, and adjust your approach.
  • Clear, reliable communication and an easy-to-work-with attitude.

Nice to have:

  • Dental, clear aligner (Invisalign), or other healthcare lead-gen experience.
  • Agency background managing several client accounts at once.
  • Using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to prepare clear reports.

WHY JOIN

  • Work directly with the founder, with real ownership of campaigns and client relationships.
  • A focused niche: US dental and clear aligner lead generation, with clear KPIs.
  • Gradual onboarding, one account at a time, and a possible path to full-time.

TERMS

  • Part-time, 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.
  • Daily overlap with US Pacific time for client calls, ideally 10 AM–2 PM PT (9 AM–1 PM PT also works); the rest of your hours are flexible.
  • Fully remote; candidates from outside the US are welcome.
  • $45–50 per hour.
  • B2B / independent contractor agreement; no benefits during the part-time stage.
  • 90-day trial period with clear KPIs, starting with one client account.
  • Possible move to full-time after the trial, depending on your results and the agency's growth.
  • Start: as soon as possible.

HIRING PROCESS

  • Screening call with an OnHires recruiter, including technical Meta Ads questions.
  • Finalist case with the founder: 30 minutes to prepare a short plan for a dental lead-gen scenario, then present and discuss it live.

We aim to give feedback within 2–3 days at each step.
