Our Ethos

We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.

About the Team

Product Marketing sits within Rain's Marketing & Communications team and owns how we bring Rain's card issuing and stablecoin infrastructure to market. The Cards product pillar is our longest-standing product, and includes stablecoin cards that work across the Visa and Mastercard networks, onchain rewards infrastructure that drives loyalty, and thoughtfully crafted capabilities, like scoped cards, that support agentic payments as agents take on more of the world's transacting. Reporting to our founding PMM, you'll help build the positioning, enablement, and market intelligence that keep Rain ahead as this category gets more crowded.

What you’ll do

  • Own go-to-market for new card-related product and feature launches, from positioning through rollout
  • Build and maintain revenue enablement for both Business Development and post-sales Platform teams, including pitch decks, case studies, and sell sheets, as well as internal training
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to translate card program mechanics like interchange, network rules, program economics, and agentic use cases into materials teams can act on
  • Track issuers and networks entering the stablecoin card space in key global markets and give internal teams a clear point of view on how Rain wins
  • Build and run training for Business Development and post-sales Platform teams on card issuing fundamentals so they can sell and support credibly
  • Represent the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities

You are likely to succeed if you have:

  • 3-7+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement at a card network, issuer, processor, or program manager (not a fintech or neobank that simply offered a card to consumers)
  • Deep knowledge of card issuing economics, including interchange, network fees, program management, and compliance
  • A track record selling or marketing card programs to enterprise-level companies
  • Genuine interest in agentic payments and how cards like Rain's scoped cards will become a primary way agents transact
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to make technical and regulatory complexity clear

Bonus attributes:

  • Existing relationships across the card issuing and network ecosystem
  • Familiarity with agentic commerce, AI agents, or emerging payment rails
