Our EPD Recruiting team builds the teams that build Plaid. We partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver thoughtful, candidate-first processes and continually raise the bar for how we scale. Within that, our team owns Product and Design recruiting. We are responsible for delivering world-class talent through pragmatic, data-informed, and principle-aligned recruiting practices that help Plaid scale with intention.

We are hiring a Senior Product Sourcer to support Plaid’s growing Product organization. Product Managers at Plaid are builders, thinkers, and connectors who shape how millions of people experience financial freedom — and this role is key to bringing that talent in.

As a senior sourcer, you will partner closely with Product leaders and recruiters to drive the top of funnel strategies for specialized and niche Product searches. You will own the research,, manage pipelines, guide hiring teams, and provide data-driven insights that help leaders make smarter hiring decisions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity where your work will directly influence how Plaid builds its product organization and scales to meet ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage pipelines of high-quality PM talent through creative sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
  • Track and analyze funnel metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to product recruiters and hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategy, talent market, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other EPD recruiters and recruiting operations to drive consistency, share insights, and refine recruiting playbooks.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
  • Creative sourcing experience on multiple platforms and channels
  • Proven success partnering with senior PM or Engineering leaders on niche and challenging searches
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple parallel searches.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented mindset; able to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Candidate-first philosophy; balances speed, quality, and experience.
  • Nice to have - fluency in Product Management disciplines (consumer, platform, growth, infrastructure, or API products)
  • Experience with longer term networking strategies (hosting events, dinners, conference strategies, etc)
