A24 is seeking a Production Tax & Incentives Executive. As a key member of our Production Tax and Incentives team, you will play an integral role in managing all stages of the production incentives lifecycle - from initial applications and compliance tracking through certification, audit, and ultimate monetization. You’ll partner closely with teams across Production Finance, Production, and Post-Production, as well as with Corporate Finance, Legal, Corporate Tax, and Accounting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strategic alignment across departments. You will contribute to maximizing available incentives, and help maintain the studio’s compliance. This role can be based in our West Hollywood or New York office.

Oversee overall application processes for assigned productions

In tandem with the Production Finance team, be responsible for reviewing the first draft of production incentive applications - gathering the various documents required in the application phases
