The Program Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Talent programs. This role ensures the seamless delivery of key initiatives—including talent development, employee engagement, and performance management—to foster a high-performing culture. 

Primary Duties::

  • Program Development & Management
  • Lead end-to-end project management for key People Team initiatives, including annual engagement survey, monthly pulse checks, the annual performance review cycle, quarterly check-ins, and interim reviews. in close collaboration with Operations and Analytics.
  • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the effective execution of HR programs.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of People Analytics to continuously evaluate program efficacy using data-driven insights, employee feedback, and survey metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communications Strategy
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer and People Team Leadership to design and execute clear, cohesive communication strategies across the organization, ensuring alignment, clarity, and optimal cadence to minimize communication fatigue.
  • Collaborate with the broader Communications team to refine talking points, draft executive messaging, and maximize existing channels (such as Atlas In the Know and All-Staff meetings).
  • Maintain the Atlas Manager Hub with comprehensive SOPs, toolkits, and leadership resources; co-design and facilitate
  • Manager Roundtables and the Managing@Aledade Program alongside L&D.
  • Strategy Planning & Execution
  • Establish and maintain the annual People Strategy Roadmap, defining key performance indicators and tracking milestones.
  • Monitor progress toward strategic goals, providing transparent reporting and regular performance updates to People Team leaders.
  • Lead quarterly strategy review sessions and drive alignment during annual planning cycles.

Minimum Qualifications::

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on project/program management or as an HR Business Partner.
  • Ability to think strategically, and to translate and map business and initiative strategy into effective, audience- and data-driven people and communications programs and tactics
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion and oversight
  • Excellent project management skills, including project and milestone definition and oversight, proactive stakeholder engagement/guidance, and metrics definition/tracking
  • Strong writer; storytelling approach to communications; ability to translate complex concepts for broad audiences
  • Ability to work and partner effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and quality
  • Team player who is comfortable collaborating closely with others and shifting focus between multiple projects and priorities each day 

Preferred Qualifications::

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • PMP certification
  • Prior experience with CultureAmp, UKG, and Monday.com

Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
