About Nscale

Nscale is building AI infrastructure across Europe: high-performance, sustainable data centres and GPU capacity designed for the next generation of AI workloads. We work with leading technology partners and are growing quickly across multiple markets.

The Role

This is a hands-on coordination role supporting project leadership across Nscale’s Colocation portfolio. You will keep governance running, information flowing and project teams on top of actions, risks, decisions and key milestones, helping Nscale and its delivery partners stay aligned. This role suits someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace across several complex projects.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate project governance: agendas, pre-reads, meeting minutes, action logs and decision registers.

Track actions, owners and due dates, following up proactively and escalating overdue or blocked items.

Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting packs, consolidating updates into clear dashboards and senior-level summaries.

Maintain visibility of key milestones, dependencies, risks and issues across project workstreams.

Track owner-side obligations, approvals, information releases and OFCI inputs to avoid programme delays.

Coordinate information flow between Nscale, consultants, contractors, vendors and other delivery partners.

Support document control, including key submissions, RFIs, technical queries, approvals and project records.

Arrange project meetings, workshops, site visits and stakeholder sessions as required.

Support Project Directors, Project Managers and workstream leads with day-to-day coordination and follow-through.

What You’ll Bring

Strong organisation and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear minutes, trackers and reporting.

Confidence working with senior stakeholders and following up with consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Good programme literacy: able to understand construction schedules, milestones and dependencies, without necessarily owning the programme.

A proactive approach — comfortable identifying gaps, chasing actions and flagging issues early.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Experience using Excel, Teams, SharePoint and project/document control platforms such as Aconex, Procore or MS Project.

Experience

Previous experience in project coordination, project controls, PMO support or assistant project management, supporting major construction, infrastructure, energy or data centre programmes.

Experience with governance routines, action trackers, reporting packs, risk and issue logs, and decision registers.

Exposure to client-side or owner-side project teams is preferred.

Experience working across multiple projects, disciplines or locations is beneficial.

Equal Opportunities

Nscale is committed to building an inclusive and equitable workplace. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, experiences and abilities, and will make reasonable adjustments where needed.
