ABOUT THE ROLE

Leap is hiring an RCM Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. You'll report to the Sr. Manager, RCM, and own the day-to-day billing work that gets every infusion treatment billed accurately and on time. We pair AI-assisted invoice review with careful human review. Our billing volume will grow several times over in 2027, so you'll help build the processes that let a small team handle it. This role fits a billing professional who likes high-volume, detail-heavy work and wants to grow with a fast-moving healthcare company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Ingest nursing and pharmacy invoices, review them in our AI-assisted billing platform, and resolve discrepancies with vendors
  • Build and submit clean claims to payers and TPAs accurately and on time
  • Post payments, including ERA/EOB reconciliation, and help close each month's billing
  • Keep treatment details, HCPCS/CPT codes and encounter information accurate in billing trackers and systems
  • Work with our clinical and care teams to fill in missing information before submission deadlines
  • Flag trends, errors and process gaps to the RCM lead to help us automate and scale

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years of experience in medical billing, claims processing or revenue cycle
  • Working knowledge of HCPCS (especially J-codes), CPT and ICD-10
  • Strong attention to detail across high-volume, repetitive work
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and learning new tools quickly
  • Clear written communication and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on your own

BONUS POINTS FOR

  • Specialty pharmacy, infusion or home-health billing experience
  • Experience with payer portals or clearinghouses (e.g., Availity, Waystar)
  • ERA/EOB processing experience
  • Familiarity with HIPAA

At Leap, we’re building an outlier company with real impact — and that takes focus, energy, and commitment. If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you.

Leap is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. We’re committed to building a team that reflects a diversity of perspectives, experiences, and identities.
