What you'll do:

As a Receptionist, you will support the daily operations of our offices, helping ensure an efficient, organized, and professional workplace environment.

Manage office services and facilities, including access control, visitor reception, meeting rooms management, company accommodations, workplace equipment, and day-to-day office operations.

Coordinate employee health, safety, and compliance activities, including mandatory training programs and occupational health appointments.

Support the planning and execution of local office events and corporate initiatives.

Handle administrative and procurement processes, including purchase orders, expense reimbursement management, invoice verification and control, documentation management, record keeping, and compliance-related activities.

Assist in the management of company assets and services, including mobile devices, company vehicles, and relationships with external vendors.

Act as a key point of contact for employees, supporting workplace requests and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

What we're looking for:

English proficiency at B1 level or above.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
