ROLE ROADMAP
As a Recruiter at Kalshi, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across the entire company - from engineering and product to compliance, operations, and go-to-market. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to define what great looks like for a role, go find it, and close it. There's almost no red tape here: no drawn-out approval chains, no bureaucracy standing between you and a great candidate. It’s the right role for you if you’re incredibly self-directed, you move fast, take ownership over your pipelines, and can attract → close the best talent in the world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer and close
- Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to build role scorecards, sharpen hiring criteria, and design efficient interview processes
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates across channels, building strong outbound pipelines rather than waiting on inbound
- Manage a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline while maintaining a high bar and a great candidate experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market data, leveling, and competitive offers
- Represent Kalshi's mission and culture compellingly to candidates at every stage
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning both technical and non-technical hiring
- Proven ability to build strong outbound pipelines and close passive candidates, not just manage inbound flow
- Comfort operating across very different hiring profiles - from engineers to operators to compliance and gtm hires - without losing quality or speed
- Strong judgment and the ability to move fast and make decisions autonomously in a low-process environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior hiring managers
- Genuine excitement about working somewhere fast-moving with minimal bureaucracy and high ownership
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
NYC PAY TRANSPARENCY DISCLOSURE
Salary Range: $175,000 - $250,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This range reflects current market data for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and broad variance in experience levels within each title; if your compensation expectations exceed this range, we encourage you to reach out - we're always happy to discuss.
